How do I create an account?

You’ll need to register for your Nature’s Journey Membership Account before you can place an order. As long as you have a valid email address head over to our Subscribe page to keep up to date with our latest wellness news and product launches.

Once you have created your Membership Account your addresses or payment options are saved securely making it quick and easy to complete your order, saving you having to enter the details manually each time you shop.

In addition, your Membership Account provides a secure and interactive area where you can access order and tracking information, as well as personalised recommendations.

I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?

Head to your Membership Account log in page and select ‘Forgotten Password’, enter the email address you registered, and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.

How do I unsubscribe?

If you no longer wish to receive the Wellness Edit, or other email communications simply click the Unsubscribe link included at the bottom of the email.

How do I change my account details?

It’s easy to make changes to your details, whether it’s your payment information, password, or address book.
