RESTRICTIONS OF DELIVERY AREAS:
We can only guarantee delivery to mainland addresses located in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. For delivery outside of these areas, (for example islands not being the mainland), please contact us directly before placing an order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

CBD Products
CBD products are not intended for use by sale to persons under the age of 18 and must only be used as directed on the packaging or label. Consult your doctor before use if you have a serious medical condition, are pregnant or use prescriptive medications. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
PRODUCT IMAGES:
The images of our products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours and scale accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display accurately reflects the colour and sale of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images. The packaging of our products may vary from that shown in images on our website. If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered, we operate a returns policy (see our Returns & Refund page for more information)
PRODUCT INFORMATION:
The product information contained on our website has been published in good faith and we will do our best to ensure that it is accurate. However, it may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date due to human error or circumstances beyond our control. Where information is incorrect due to an error or circumstances beyond our control, we may not accept your order for the affected products, or if your order has already been accepted, we may not supply the affected products to you. We will notify you if this is the case and will not charge you for the products.

Please refer to 'best before' dates on product packaging to determine product life.
ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY:
Ordering products displayed on our website will be subject to their availability and acceptance of the order by us. We will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order if, for any reason, the products you have ordered are not available or are subject to any delay. If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you of this by phone or email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the product, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.

All prices and offers are subject to change without notice.
Prices may change over time, so if you use your Order History within 'My Membership account' as a way of re-ordering items, prices on your previous order may no longer be current. However, the correct prices will be applied when you select an item from the Order History and add to your current basket. All prices include VAT where appropriate.
We accept payment via the payment methods listed on our site. You must pay for the products and any applicable delivery charges in advance of delivery of the products. Please note that delivery times are estimates and we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your products are despatched in good time.
All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
If the product you have purchased is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we may offer you an exchange or refund as appropriate.

MEMBERSHIP REWARDS:
What to expect
You can earn membership reward points in several ways – we’ll even treat you to 20 points when you create an account. Enjoy 1 point per every £1 you spend online, 20 points every time you leave us a review and 20 points when you follow us on Instagram.
Membership Rewards points can be used for full or partial payment against an online order.
Membership Rewards points cannot be issued retrospectively for purchases placed prior to becoming a member of the Nature’s Journey CBD Wellness reward programme.
Membership Rewards points have no cash value. Membership Rewards points will not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Any refund of products purchased using Membership Rewards points will be made by crediting the applicable number of points back to the Membership Rewards account originally used.
Nature’s Journey CBD Wellness is entitled to remove Membership Rewards points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of a products unless the exchange is for product with an equivalent points value.
Nature's Journey CBD Wellness is under no obligation to award Membership Rewards points for any reason outside of qualifying transactions.
There is no expiry date for any Membership Rewards points accrued.
