We can only guarantee delivery to mainland addresses located in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. For delivery outside of these areas, (for example islands not being the mainland), please contact us directly before placing an order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Prices may change over time, so if you use your Order History within 'My Membership account' as a way of re-ordering items, prices on your previous order may no longer be current. You must pay for the products and any applicable delivery charges in advance of delivery of the products. Please note that delivery times are estimates and we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your products are despatched in good time.

MEMBERSHIP REWARDS:

What to expect

You can earn membership reward points in several ways – we’ll even treat you to 20 points when you create an account. Enjoy 1 point per every £1 you spend online, 20 points every time you leave us a review and 20 points when you follow us on Instagram.

Membership Rewards points can be used for full or partial payment against an online order.

Membership Rewards points cannot be issued retrospectively for purchases placed prior to becoming a member of the Nature’s Journey CBD Wellness reward programme.

Membership Rewards points have no cash value. Membership Rewards points will not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Any refund of products purchased using Membership Rewards points will be made by crediting the applicable number of points back to the Membership Rewards account originally used.

Nature’s Journey CBD Wellness is entitled to remove Membership Rewards points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of a products unless the exchange is for product with an equivalent points value.

Nature's Journey CBD Wellness is under no obligation to award Membership Rewards points for any reason outside of qualifying transactions.

There is no expiry date for any Membership Rewards points accrued.
