The finest ingredients and whole lot of care go into each Nature’s Journey product. We hope you’ll love them as much as much as we enjoyed making them, but if somethings not right, and you’re unhappy with any item you have purchased from us, then do let us know.

Our 60 days return guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any Nature’s Journey product, for any reason, you can return it to us within 60 days of date of purchase and we will happily arrange an exchange or refund.
Our 60 days return guarantee doesn't affect your other legal rights.
How to return
Before returning a product, please ensure that you contact our Membership Services team to request the return. You can reach us by calling +44(0) 1983 655053 or email email@example.com
If you return a product or order without informing us first it may result in us being unable to process your exchange or refund.
Returns that exceed our 60-day period cannot be accepted.
Please note that we don’t include return labels with orders by default. When you contact our Membership Services team, they will confirm the steps to return and arrange for the free post return address label information to be emailed to you.
You have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time within 14 days of us receiving your order, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Please be aware that orders are processed on the same day as soon as payment is made, if the goods have already been despatched, you must return it to us in secure packaging at your own cost.
To exercise your right to cancel and return the products, please email us at email@example.com clearly stating that you wish to cancel the contract and return the products.
Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your telephone number and our Membership Services team will reply with return instructions.
The products must be returned to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract, in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. The date of return is the date on which you send the products to us.
We will refund you the price for the products, including original delivery costs, to your original payment method, once it has been determined that the returned goods are unopened with tamper seals still intact, unused and in a re-sellable condition.
Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to products that are sealed for hygiene or health protection purposes (once these have been unsealed after you receive them). This doesn't affect your statutory rights if the products are faulty or not as described.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect item
We’re not happy until you are! If you discover that the product you have received is damaged, faulty, or not the correct product please do let us know. You can reach our Membership Services team by calling +44(0) 1983 655053 or email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your original order number, with details of the problem. We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for the damaged or faulty item.
Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the items being returned.
Refunds are processed to the card or method of payment that was used in the original order.
If the method you used for original payment has expired in the intervening period, you will need to update us with a new payment method in the same person's name to enable us to complete the refund for you.
Refunds for products given as a gift can only be given to the original purchaser.
We offer free UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £40.
Standard Delivery – 2-3 working days £3.95
Priority Delivery – 1-2 working days £5.45
All our deliveries are made using Royal Mail
All orders regardless of which service you choose will be trackable so you can keep an eye on your parcels progress. When you receive your despatch confirmation email, within the body of the email will be a link to the Royal Mail website which will then enable you to Track & Trace your parcel. Please be aware that information relating to your order may not be available to view immediately after it leaves us – if this is the case, please try again a little later.
Orders placed before 2pm weekdays (Monday – Friday) will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Mondays.
