How do I place an order?

It's easy to place an order with us. Begin browsing our range. Once you have found the product you want, click 'Add to Basket'. You can either carry on shopping or click 'Your Basket' if you've got everything you need; this will give you the option to checkout. If you are shopping with us for the first time you will be prompted to create your new membership account, or if you are a returning member, you will be asked to sign.

As a new member, you’ll be asked to enter your contact and address details. Once you have created your membership account your addresses or payment options are saved securely and will automatically display in the checkout, making it quick and easy to complete your order, saving you having to enter the details manually each time you shop.

Before you place your order just check everything is correct and submit payment. You will receive an order confirmation email confirming your order has been received.

How will I know if my order has been sent?

We will send you an email as soon as your order is on its way, along with the tracking information. You can also check your Membership Account to check the progress of an order or to track it.

Can I place an order over the phone?

How do I cancel my order?

Please email us at membership@naturesjourney.co.uk clearly stating that you wish to cancel. Include your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your telephone number and our Membership Services team will reply with return instructions. 

Please be aware that orders are processed as quickly as possible as soon as payment is made, if the goods have already been despatched, you must return it to us in secure packaging at your own cost.

Do you send samples?

We don’t send out product samples. If you are thinking of buying a product and are concerned that it may not be what you are looking for, we are happy to arrange a refund or exchange for any unsuitable products. Get in touch with our Membership Services team who will be happy to assist you.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, we also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
