Membership Rewards is our free to join members club. By joining you’ll earn reward points when you shop with us, leave a review, and more....
How do I start receiving membership rewards?

What are the benefits of joining?
As a member you will benefit from priority access to new product launches as well as personalised promotions based on the things, we know you love. In addition, we’ll invite you to exclusive points promotions, prize draws and competitions, as well as some little treats along the way!
How do I accrue rewards points?
Membership Reward points are awarded in several ways. By creating an account with us we’ll treat you to 20 points, then 1 point per every £1 spent online, 20 points every time you leave us a review and 20 points when you follow us on Instagram. How many points do I have to save before I can use them?
We have 3 tiers, they are: -
50 points redeem £5 off your order
100 points redeem £10 off your order
200 points redeem £20 off your order
How will I know how many reward points I have saved?
As soon as you log into your Membership Rewards account the total number of points you have accrued will be displayed.
How long can I save my points for; will they expire if unused?
No, they won’t expire. So, whether you’re saving them up to treat yourself or just want to use them as part payment for your regular top-up order, you can use them as and when you like.
How do I redeem my points to use against my order?
It’s simple, once logged into your Membership Rewards account simply click Redeem My Points, and then copy and paste your reward code at checkout.
Can I use all my points and pay any difference still owed?
Yes, you can use points as full or part payment against an order.
I don't appear to have received my points - what's wrong?

What's Refer a Friend?
Refer a Friend is our recommendation service – a great way for our community to share their experience with friends and family. It’s really quick and simple to refer a friend – simply enter your friends email address and they’ll be sent a unique referral link giving them £10 off their first purchase. When your friend makes their first purchase, we’ll also treat you to £10 of reward points, too.
Is there a limit on how many people you can refer?
No, there is no limit. As soon as each person being referred makes their first purchase via the referral link you will receive £10 of reward points, our way of saying thank you for sharing the love!
PS: We recommend that you let your friends or family know when you’ve referred them, so they keep an eye on their inbox.
I've referred someone. How will I know whether they've purchased and if I've received you rewards points?
Don’t worry, you will receive an email letting you know, and your points balance will be updated in your Membership Rewards account.
