3 super healthy smoothie recipes for glowing skin

Want to know the secret to healthy, glowing skin? We’ll give you a hint: glowing skin starts on the inside.

While our expertly-formulated CBD skincare range offers smooth, supple radiance on the outside, a healthy diet packed with essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients helps it glow from within.

If your skin’s become dull and lacklustre, it’s time to shake up your beauty regime and unleash your natural radiance with our oh-so delicious (and nutritious) smoothie recipes. They’re incredibly quick and easy to make – perfect if you have little time to spare. Go get that natural glow!

Berry Bonanza

Our Berry Bonanza is a fruity whirl of bananas, raspberries and strawberries topped off with silky-smooth almond milk and nutty chia seeds. It’s not only totally delish, but it’s packed with nutrients to help your skin radiate from the outside.

Raspberries and strawberries are loaded with skin-protecting antioxidants, while bananas are ripe with vitamin A and C that help maintain a youthful glow. Bottoms up!

Ingredients:

75g frozen strawberries

75g frozen raspberries

80g frozen banana

150ml unsweetened almond milk

1tsp chia seeds

½ cup ice

Green on Me

This vibrant smoothie tastes a whole lot better than it looks. Finished with a tangy, tropical blend of pineapple and coconut water, it’s smooth, creamy and packed with skin-brightening vitamins, fatty acids, antioxidants and phytonutrients for a healthy glow.

Why not try it as a delicious breakfast to kick-start your day?

Ingredients:

50g frozen pineapple chunks

300ml coconut water

½ avocado, peeled and stoned

¼ cucumber, roughly chopped

Handful of spinach

Handful of kale

Sunshine Surprise

This sunny smoothie is a fruity concoction of vitamins, healthy fatty acids and antioxidants, all underpinned by sweet, smoothy, nutty coconut water. It’s not only incredibly hydrating, but it’s also rich in potassium and magnesium.

These magnificent minerals help rejuvenate skin, reduce the appearance of wrinkles and heal blemishes. How’s that for refreshment?

Ingredients:

300ml coconut water

1 avocado, peeled and stoned

50g baby carrots

50g frozen mango

75g frozen strawberries

Fancy giving these glow-giving smoothies a whirl?  We’d love to know what you think.
