Berry Bonanza

Raspberries and strawberries are loaded with skin-protecting antioxidants, while bananas are ripe with vitamin A and C that help maintain a youthful glow. Bottoms up!
Ingredients:
75g frozen strawberries
75g frozen raspberries
80g frozen banana
150ml unsweetened almond milk
1tsp chia seeds
½ cup ice

This vibrant smoothie tastes a whole lot better than it looks. Finished with a tangy, tropical blend of pineapple and coconut water, it’s smooth, creamy and packed with skin-brightening vitamins, fatty acids, antioxidants and phytonutrients for a healthy glow.

Ingredients:
50g frozen pineapple chunks
300ml coconut water
½ avocado, peeled and stoned
¼ cucumber, roughly chopped
Handful of spinach
Handful of kale
