Do you send product samples?

We don’t send out product samples. If you are thinking of buying a product and are concerned that it may not be what you are looking for, we are happy to arrange a refund or exchange for any unsuitable products. Get in touch with our Membership Services team who will be happy to assist you.

Where can I buy your products?

Our products are currently only available to purchase via naturesjourney.co.uk.

Are your products suitable for vegans?

Yes, all our products are suitable for vegans. For a full list of our ingredients, please see our individual product pages.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, we are opposed to all forms of animal testing, it’s something that we will simply never do.

Nature’s Journey is approved under the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny Programme, we ensure that no animal testing is carried out on our products. We only work with suppliers who share our values, and who have policies in place to demonstrate this commitment.

All products in the Nature’s Journey product range are tested on humans for their efficacy, we only ever launch products that we use and love ourselves.

Are the products natural?

All our products contain organic and natural ingredients.

Are your products organic?

All our products contain a range of organic ingredients. We are very careful about where we source our ingredients as we want to ensure they are natural and of the best quality. However, it’s not always possible to source organic for all of our ingredient range but all of our products do contain organic and natural ingredients.

Our products are not ‘certified organic’ as this certification costs a lot of money which we would have to reflect in our prices. Instead, we focus on creating high quality natural products that deliver outstanding results.

It is important to note that a product does not have to be certified to be labelled as organic.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, all our products are formulated to be as mild and gentle as possible; however, there are no guarantees that individual products within our range will suit everyone. We would always recommend that you carry out a patch test prior to using any new skincare product for the first time.

A little of the product should be applied to a small area such as the crook of the elbow or behind the ear at least 24 hours before using it

Can I use your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We would advise checking with your GP, midwife, or healthcare provider first prior to use.

What is CBD?

CBD is the non-intoxicating component of the hemp plant. It is a naturally occurring compound, one of many other closely related compounds within the plant which, together are referred to as cannabinoids

For more information, please see our CBD page.

Is it legal to use it here in the UK?

Yes, it’s completely legal to use products which contain CBD in the UK.

CBD, if properly processed (i.e., without THC) is not classified as a drug, but rather a natural wellness product. You’ll find it in various products from supplements to skincare. Only products containing THC or CBN (cannabinol) are not permitted.

For more information, please see our CBD page.

Does CBD make you high?

No, CBD won’t get you high because it doesn’t have the psychoactive properties of cannabis’ tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content. CBD is extracted from the flowers and leaves of the hemp plant, which has an exceptionally low level of the THC content (often so low it cannot be detected by testing equipment).

For more information, please see our CBD page.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes, we have packaged our products in glass, we chose this material not only to protect our formulations, but also because we love how universally and infinitely recyclable it is.

We choose our packaging primarily to protect the product inside, the other primary purposes are to communicate, present and dispense. In all these areas we want our members to have the best experience when using our products.

While the pumps used with some of our products are not currently recyclable, we do suggest upcycling these packs. Our team here love to repurpose our product packaging - for example, decanting water into a clean empty bottle of our Sleep Easy Pillow Mist Spray is the perfect way to mist and hydrate your indoor plants!

Please be assured that we carefully consider all our packaging to ensure it protects and preserves our products while minimising its impact upon the environment.

Why are they in a carton?

We have chosen to make use of cartons to provide an extra layer of protection to our products, ensuring it reaches you safely, and to ensure the required usage instructions and ingredients can be communicated.

We only use FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) approved materials for our cartons. This is a system that ensures the paper is made only using materials from an area grown specifically for wood manufacturing. The FSC ensure that for every tree used at least another one is planted with the manufactured area.

Our cartons also come without a laminated finish and are also printed using vegetable ink making them 100% recyclable.

What is the muslin cloth made from?

Our muslin cloths are made from sustainably manufactured organic, unbleached cotton.
